3. Services of the Agency

The Agency offers consulting and support services for TikTok creators. The exact services provided by the Agency depend on the assessment and decision of the respective agent and may vary depending on the creator. The agents decide how to support the creator based on their individual goals and requirements.

Possible services include, but are not limited to:

Content creation consulting
Development of growth strategies
Support in community building

Agents have the right to design the type and scope of support they offer to a creator flexibly. There is no entitlement to a specific type or amount of services, as the exact support is decided individually by the agent.
The services are free of charge for creators, as the Agency is paid by TikTok for these services.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the Agency and the creator is concluded as soon as the creator accepts the invitation from the Agency via TikTok. There is no entitlement to consultation, as it depends on the availability and specific needs of the creator.

5. Services and Liability

The Agency undertakes to provide its services with due care and competence. However, it does not assume any liability for the success or failure of the measures recommended during the consultation. Success depends on many factors that are beyond the control of the Agency (e.g., TikTok algorithms, market changes).

6. Performance-Based Compensation

The Agency receives its compensation from TikTok based on the performance and success of the creators it consults. This compensation is not passed on directly to the creator and does not constitute a financial obligation for the creator.

7. Use of the Website

The use of the website and the services offered is at the user's own risk. The Agency assumes no liability for damages caused by the use of the website or its content. However, the Agency takes the greatest care to ensure security and privacy.

8. Data Protection
